ZAP has designed and built a full scale plasma processing facility in Boulder, Colorado. The plasma system is used for manufacturing high-volume glass and mineral materials.

ZAP has applied a proprietary remotely-coupled plasma arc to the production lunar simulant materials, nanosized particulates and high quality glass.
